At Noor-e-libaas, your satisfaction is at the heart of everything we do. Each piece is crafted with care and quality in mind, but if you receive an item that isn't quite right, we’re here to help make it right through a smooth and fair exchange process.

Customers can request an exchange within 3 days of receiving their parcel. The item must be in unused condition, with all original tags and packaging intact. We do not entertain returns or exchanges once the product has been worn, washed, or altered in any way. Items must be returned exactly as delivered to qualify.

Exchanges will only be accepted in the case of defective items or if the product delivered is significantly different from what was displayed on our website. Every exchange request is subject to stock availability at the time of processing. If an item is out of stock, we may offer an alternative or issue store credit.

To initiate an exchange, customers must contact us immediately after receiving their order. Please include your order number and a clear picture of the item, highlighting the issue. Our team will assess your request and provide further instructions, including the return address.

Once we receive the returned product, our team will inspect it within 48–72 hours. If the item meets the exchange criteria, we’ll process your new item promptly and share the updated tracking details.

Please note that courier charges for returning non-defective items will be borne by the customer. In the case of an error from our side (wrong or damaged item), Noor-e-libaas will bear the return shipping costs.

We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. Our policy is strictly exchange-only, and only for eligible orders that comply with the terms above. Orders placed through Cash on Delivery (COD) must be fully paid upon delivery before opening the package, in line with local logistics policies.

Due to differences in lighting and device screens, slight color variations may occur. We understand this can be disappointing, and while refunds will not be issued for such cases, we may accept exchanges depending on availability.
