All orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours after confirmation. Orders received on weekends or public holidays will be handled on the following working day. After processing, you will receive an email or WhatsApp message with your tracking details to keep you updated every step of the way.

For deliveries within Pakistan, the estimated delivery timeframe is 3 to 5 working days, depending on your location and courier operations. We work with trusted courier partners to ensure your order reaches you in perfect condition. Shipping charges may vary based on the weight of the package and the delivery location; these charges will be clearly displayed at checkout.

For all Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers are required to make full payment before opening the parcel. This is in accordance with Pakistan’s courier service regulations. Repeated refusal to accept COD parcels without valid reasons may result in limitations on future purchases.

Once your parcel is shipped, you will receive a tracking number so you can monitor its journey. In the rare case of delays or if your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our support team—we’ll be happy to assist.

Please double-check your shipping address and contact details before confirming your order. Noor-e-libaas is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete information. If a parcel is returned due to such errors, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-delivery.

While we aim for punctuality, some delays may occur due to external factors such as weather conditions, strikes, or courier disruptions. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such situations.

Orders can only be returned or exchanged after full payment and acknowledgment of delivery. If you wish to return a product, you must inform us immediately after receiving your package. Return courier costs will be borne by the customer unless the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If Noor-e-libaas introduces international shipping in the future, customers outside Pakistan may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which will be the responsibility of the recipient. Delivery times will vary depending on the destination and international customs processes.
